Refund & Return Policy — EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

For unfulfilled orders, you may cancel directly from your account. For fulfilled orders, initiate a return request from the same page.

Sending items back Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request being accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note: items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their condition may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount, in accordance with EU consumer law.
