All custom made pieces are designed and manufactured from reference images/sketches or ideas supplied by the client. Once the correct gemstones and settings are chosen, and all other minor details are clarified, the final design of the client's custom made piece will be confirmed via email.
Production of the client's piece will commence and can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. Systematic progress will be forwarded to the client via email, in the form of photos, if requested by the client.
Before any work can begin, a down-payment of at least 60% of the total quote needs to be covered, for Explozé to ensure all our production expenses are met.
